Randy Randazzo is a seasoned Certified Real Estate Appraiser and REALTOR based in Paulding County, GA. Since 2005, he has dedicated himself to the real estate industry, starting with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Master's of Science in Management with a concentration in Real Estate, and quickly moving through the ranks to become a Certified appraiser. After five years of apprenticeship, Randy founded City Real Estate Group, LLC in 2010, offering comprehensive residential appraisal services.
Over the years, Randy has appraised thousands of homes for various needs, including primary and secondary mortgages, investment properties, pre-listing, FSBO, divorce settlements, and estate planning. Additionally, Randy is a Certified Hearing Officer and mentor, available for guest speaking engagements at workshops, roundtables, and masterminds at your workplace.
His commitment to real estate also led him to obtain his Salesperson license in 2006, becoming a top-producing REALTOR in the metro Atlanta market. Currently, he is brokered with Keystone Realty in Dallas, GA. Randy is proud to be actively involved with the Paulding Board of REALTORS, where he serves on the Board of Directors and several committees, including Budget, Education, Member Engagement, and as the Governmental Affairs Chair.
To further assist his clients, he became a Notary Public in 2022, ensuring he can support them through various life milestones beyond real estate transactions.
In 2014, Randy and his wife chose Paulding County to raise their family, further deepening his connection to the community he serves. Randy is excited to continue delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance to his clients.
